On Wednesday I went out to eat with a couple friends, one of whom is a huge JoJo's Bizarre Adventures fan. I'd told her about this pop-up shop so we ate at a restaurant nearby and then went to see the little pop-up!
I'll be honest: I know nothing about JoJo's Bizarre Adventures!! But they had this cool setup for photos. We spent quite a bit of time looking up JoJo poses and taking photos. I only did this one, which is Killer Queen if I recall correctly!
The restaurant we went to is called 荷蘭小鬆餅/Poffertjes and serves both savory and sweet pancakes! They were out of the chickpeas one AGAIN so I got the fried fish savory pancake.

They've got regular brunch and pasta dishes as well. But of course we needed to try the specialty!
I also treated myself to a honey cinnamon latte! It was really nice~

For dessert the three of us split one walnut salted butter poffertjes. The salted butter walnut ice cream was so nice! Very creamy. The pancakes were also delicious!
It was a wonderful little afternoon outing! I had a fun time. Then I came home and streamed and finally got to see the Monster Hunter Wilds Blossomdance Festival!

I'm actually considering tossing/donating several of the handmade dresses I have because they've just got problems with them that I'm not satisfied with.... maybe I'll compile them together into a post and list the pros and cons to help me make a decision on which to keep and which to toss.

How do you decide what to declutter from your wardrobe? I've recently tossed some clothes that are beyond repair or that I just haven't worn in years, but it's really quite difficult. Since I plan to buy more clothes in Japan later this year, I do need to curate my closet, I think.
Your smile in that first picture is so precious! I started watching JoJo last year but didn't get far before getting distracted with another anime. I will go back to it though! Also that ice cream dish??!!! I'm drooling!

JOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOJOOOOOOO! I really need to catch up in that series. I made it to the 4th part and struggled even though that's one of the more popular ones Dx It would definitely be a good series to try! The anime does a pretty good job. Maybe I should try to watch part 4 instead of reading oh well lol

When it comes to getting rid of stuff, I see what I haven't worn in a while and just weigh my feelings on them. If I could care less, out they go. If I know that I still love them and look forward to wearing them again then I keep for a bit more time. Otherwise it's what looks old, broken and worn that gets tossed. A lot of my stuff now is gal brand so I usually look to sell those when I no longer love it lol

Thank you! I was considering decluttering this dress due to the skirt shape >_< though it's actually decent as a casual dress and I love the print... I made it ages ago and had to fudge the straps a bit as I made them too long, so it's scuffed up close!
Monster Hunter Wilds has been great so far!!! I hope you can get a console or PC to run it eventually~
There are some pieces I love, but don't look forward to wearing :x Like the bunny tea time dress... I love the print, but I hate that I messed up the construction and it's nigh impossible to get off once on because the back doesn't stretch enough. I should have put a side zip in it!!! Not sure I'd feel good selling handmade things with such flaws to other people 😿So I'd recycle it....
I'll have to do a dedicated day to go through my handmade goods. Thanks for your advice!
