Fun with Friends Pt. 4

 I'm falling behind on blogging because I'm still going out every day!!!

On the 27th we went to Syntrend, the tech district area. First we had lunch at this restaurant I've been meaning to try for ages!

Really good and fresh seafood!  My bowl was piled high and came with an onsen egg for mixing into the extra rice. Very filling!

At Syntrend we walked around and Kaizo shopped a bit. When we went to get drinks, I got a taro milk and they gave me red envelope and a tea container with a coupon inside. Yay!  I already have the red envelope I want to give my mom, so these are extra. 

Then we went to HuaShan Cultural Park and looked at some exhibition and pop up shops

There's often free events here, so it's a good budget entertainment (provided you don't splurge on the merch!!)

In the evening we met up with Xerenite again to go to a speakeasy ~. We were first in and I wanted to let my friends figure out the entrance but after about 30 seconds the staff just opened the door. Unfortunate.

I ordered the small drink with black sesame milk cap and almond alcohol. The almond part was nice!

As it wasn't too late by the time we finished, we went to the nearby NingXia night market!  I got a salted-yolk taro ball. Very yummy!

Overall it was a great time!! My feet were killing me by the end of the night. These heels are a bit higher than my usual ones, and there's not enough padding in the front for my right foot.
