Sparklewolfie's Wonderland: 2025 Tokyo Wedding Trip Day 5

I was waking up too early these few days in Tokyo! I'm not sure why I couldn't sleep? I didn't wake up feeling excited or anxious or anything. Would just wake up, not take a nap, and stay up late. It probably contributed to my getting sick.

Anyway, on Saturday I met up with my friend Kotoko's wife (IDK her online handle and she doesn't want her name shared online) at a shop called "eggslut" 😹 Seriously that's the name!

Makeup of the day

I headed out nearly a half hour early and it's good I did as I got lost for a while!! Plus there was construction at one of the exits and I just got turned around and had to actually ask an information desk HOW TO GET OUT OF THE STATION 😿😿😿

Once I was above ground, I just got turned around as usual but that's an easier fix.

I ended up arriving on time!! I ordered the signature sandwich and she ordered the bacon one. I also got the hash browns expecting like a McD one, but it was around five little hash browns so we split them!!

It's difficult to take food photos for me!! I don't know how to do it well. Is the ketchup on the hash browns artistic? 😹😹😹 My framing is way off here, but I tried!!

The soft scrambled eggs in the sandwich were so delicious!!! I really do love this. It was also very filling, especially with the hash browns! I wish we had this shop in Taiwan! I want to try their signature side dish, which is an egg in a jar (it seems soft-boiled or poached maybe?) and some bread you dip into it!

We sat and chatted about everything from nail polish and makeup to politics 😹 (What a range, am I right?)

Since I had some time after Kotoko's wife had to leave to get ready for an event, I went to OIOI to... do more shopping 😹😹😹

As usual, many brands don't allow photos so I only have a couple snaps of Alice on Wednesday's setup! Very cute

I bought a sax blue blouse from BABY! My first colored blouse! This branch also didn't have any of the prints I wanted, unfortunately. The only Usakumyachan JSK they had was the one with Usakumachan lace, not a print.

Then I went straight across to Alice and the Pirates and bought two pairs of socks 😹 Turns out their point cards can be used together! So that was nice. If I recall correctly, the combined purchases meant I hit the threshold for something.... but I cannot for the life of me remember what! The AatP staff did the math on the numbers and checked my receipt from BABY, but I don't remember what happened after that? I really do have the memory of a gnat. This is why I'd originally wanted to prepare a journal before the trip so I could journal each day so I don't forget things!

After that I went to Angelic Pretty just to browse around. There were two other lolitas there, one getting dragged away by her young son 😹

I... ended up buying a Halloween print!! Yes, in sax blue!!! I debated pink and blue for a bit, but the purple cupcakes stood out more on the sax blue in my opinion.

The shop staff also sold me on the little ghost bunny clip!! That can go with pretty much anything spooky, so it's versatile!

Happy Treat Party (2024 re-release)

Angelic Pretty was having a calendar fair, so I got a desktop calendar for 2026! I haven't used a paper calendar in years, but it'll be cute to have just for the art, I think~

I then passed by Amavel and they were carrying the magical girl embroidery skirt that I was interested in! I saw it on Instagram so I knew what I was looking for quickly. I only had to choose between sax and pink and.... I chose sax.... 😹😹

The shop staff also sold me on a pair of matching hair ribbons. They have little wings on them!! Plus I don't have any blue hair accessories other than a maid style headband, and I don't think it looks particularly good on me.

Amavel was having a novelty fair so I got a small, furry heart bag too! I chose black as white fur is really difficult to keep clean!

After getting tax back for my Amavel purchase on a higher floor (where the staff told me she liked my makeup!) I headed back to the hotel to drop off my purchases and meet up with my friends!

We went to uh... Tokyo Plaza? Something like that? ObliquerStrategies wanted to search for Pink House!

On the way we saw this awesome Valentino dress:

We did end up finding Pink House! They have a Little Twin Stars collaboration!! Both colorways are adorable, and one of the shop staff was wearing another one without the twins on it, but had stars at the hem and a diagonal ruffle trail off each star going up the tiers of the skirt in different colors! So cute~~

Pink version of print and the star dress the staff was wearing was the white version of the dress on the right. I think the white version was much cuter!

Then we went to arcade again to pass some time 😹😹😹 Honestly I'm not big on arcades, likely because I did not grow up with them. But my friends seem to enjoy them, so I don't mind joining them! I did this funny shooting game with Duke.

For dinner we went to Duke's friend's izakaya and met up with Potato.lau who told us his girlfriend Gatopaula was unable to come. We teased him about the "totally real girlfriend" bit. This izakaya apparently specialize in yakitori, but I can't eat the meats, so I ate other stuff!
