Twinning Day Out

 Twinning in Lolita fashion is so fun!  And I was able to twin with Violet yesterday because I bought her a matching dress!

The dress I'm wearing is BABY x Disney and the dress Violet is wearing is actually a uniBEARsity x Disney collaboration!  I found the bear secondhand on Mercari for really affordable (about NT$570/US$19) so I bought it thinking I could alter the dress to fit Violet.  Turns out no alterations necessary!  When I was at the Disney store in Tokyo, I had looked at some uniBEARsity outfits and they looked too large for her.  Perhaps I could try to buy more uniBEARsity dresses for her now...

 My dress is the red x black colorway and hers is red x white, but the prints are the same!

The uniBEARsity dress quality is not nearly as nice as the usakumyachan dresses directly from BABY but it's still decent in my opinion!  The lace is not as high quality, but it's ok. Sort of like comparing Bodyline to BABY or Angelic Pretty.  Besides, from a distance, you wouldn't be able to tell! 

I went to pick up some Lulu Piggy x Bugcat Capoo collaboration items for my little sister.  

 I bought this sweatshirt in order to be able to buy the plush keychain she wanted!  It's the same image (Lulu wearing Capoo costume) as a doll plush charm.  Merry Christmas to my little sister!  Whenever she comes back to visit I can give them to her haha.

 Then I went to Sushiro with a friend.  Right now there is a collaboration with a truly hideous rabbit creature....

The food was good, even if the collaboration mascot thing is HIDEOUS

It is currently uni season (sea urchin season) so I did try the uni sushi. Also branched out from my usual salmon nigiri to try tuna too!

 Then we went to see if my DSlite could be repaired.  It was working when the staff looked at it though, so I guess it just sometimes works???  My bottom touchscreen is starting to die, but I'll repair it if it affects gameplay I suppose.  Hope I can play my Cardcaptor Sakura game now!

After that, we impromptu went for some fries!  The powdered flavoring was very delicious~ The chicken is sour cream and onion, and the curly fries are spicy BBQ

 What is your favorite fries flavor/topping?  I actually really like cheese sauce haha!  But BBQ sauce is another favorite of mine~  Recently looked up In-n-Out Animal Style fries and am contemplating trying to make that as well.... Never had the original, but I can try my own, right?
